Newton Village is excited to welcome our new administrator Dan Donohue to the Cassia family! Since joining Newton Village in June 2024, Dan has seamlessly integrated into our culture, quickly becoming a valued leader. With more than two decades of experience as an administrator and executive director, his impact has already been felt in the senior living industry.

Dan’s warm personality and collaborative approach have not only made everyone feel at ease but have also fostered a strong sense of teamwork. He has introduced new processes that bring leaders together, encouraging problem-solving and open feedback.
